To: Captain Gabby Charters I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding work of Patrick and Charley for me, Bill Frigge, and George McKnight during our April 19-21, 2011 charter on the CAPT GABBY. They provided us with a pleasant, safe, fun, and well-fed cruise, and they were good company. Sincerely, A. Brassel A 3 day trip out toward Sapelo Island. The trip was awesome. We're still talking about it. Jeff is very nice & fun to be around. Patrick worked very hard & is fun too! We enjoyed Rick & Kina's company as well. Very interesting. They have traveled extensively. The boat is nice, loved sleeping on it. I remember initially telling you I wanted to camp in our tent. Glad I opted for the boat. It was a highlight of our trip! we loved it! Dinner was great, and the scenery breathtaking! Magnificent sunset. You can quote me. Terri These photos are from the mouth of the Altamaha River. There is some amazing nesting going on out there and we were lucky enough to be a part of the filming for Georgia Public Broadcasting. We will keep you posted about the airing of the episode - it will feature the Altamaha River from the confluence to the sea. Thanks Michael Gowen for these amazing shots! Michael Gowen of SouthEast Adventure took these great pix of a 3 day charter we had out in mid-April: The trip was perfect and I have been telling everyone what a great trip it is. I would definitely do it again. Jon Langford, CPA JUST A NOTE TO SAY THAT THE TRIP WAS ENJOYED BY ALL. ONE OF THE GENTS IS MOST CERTAINLY A RE-DO AND I WILL JOIN HIM..............THE GOOD LORD WILLIN' THE DECISION TO VISIT SAPELO TURNED OUT TO BE GOOD ONE. BOTH GUYS STATED THAT THEY HAD NEVER QUITE SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THAT AND SAID IT WAS WELL WORTH THE TIME, EVEN THO IT OCCASIONED A SHORT PADDLE THAT DAY. THE OTHER TWO PADDLES WERE GREAT, WITH CHARLIE AND PAT FIGURING THE TIDE JUST RIGHT. SAW THE PICTURE OF CAPT GABBY IN MY MOST RECENT ISSUE OF SEA KAYAKER.......LOOKIN' GOOD. HOPE THAT PAYS OFF FOR YOU...................AND FOR THE PADDLIN' PUBLIC IN GENERAL. YOU GUYS ARE A REAL RESOURCE. THANKS AGAIN BILL |
